Job Description


1. Perform and carry out daily office operation include general administration and sales documentation 2. Manage and support packing and related logistic administration include stocktake and inventory mangement , include particpation of annual stocktake internally and externally 3. Laision building maintenance as and when require 4. Office adminstration eg procurement and stationery etc 5. Support and work with driver on delivery goods when necessary 6. Class 3 license is preferred though is not a must 7. 5days work week. Physically fit and have positive attitude , teamwork 8. Working location - Ubi (10mins less near MRT - Ubi/Macpherson/Tai Seng) 9. IT farmiliar include Excel and Words 10. Ad hoc assign by GM and HODs
