  • Preparing correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, documents, orders and statistical data such as charts, tables and graphs from written, typed, or verbal instructions.
  • Setting up and maintaining office files, records, and indices
  • Using computer applications that Coordinates time, place and participant arrangements for meetings; or maintain appointment calendars.
  • Reviewing a variety of forms and records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable statutes.
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining office supply inventories.
  • Managing registrations and extension of visas, handling international visitors\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and hospitality arrangements
  • Social get-togethers for internal staff and/or external customers in co-ordination with the respective Departments.
  • Coordinating Training Programs, Customer Meets, Conferences, etc.
What you know:
  • Proven experience as an admin support or similar role.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong people skills and positive demeanor when interacting with internal staff and external visitors
  • Basic Excel knowledge
