Conceptualise and manage community-based programmes such as school collaborations, volunteer management and family programming (e.g: project timelines / milestones, overseeing production schedule etc).
Lead post-festival management initiatives such as Volunteer's Appreciation Event, collation of KPIs and all payment matters
Assist in the management of the festival timeline and other production schedule
Work closely with stakeholders such as heritage organisations, public agencies and corporate partners in the development of programmes
Assist in the operational coordination, logistical management, and execution of programmes during festival period.
Marketing
Manage the collation and website upload of partner's publicity materials and proofreading of publicity materials; also required to liaise with the appointed marketing agency and website vendor to ensure timelines are met
Manage, curate, and design the social media content calendar for Facebook and Instagram, post-festival
Assist in all ticketing matters such as generation of daily ticket sales and targeted marketing
Assist in managing email account for public queries on the festival
Job Requirement:
Experience in managing events, especially within the arts and cultural sector
Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders
Experience in content curation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and / or content management systems such as Sitecore
Excellent project management, administration, time management, and prioritising skills
Strong internal and customer facing communication skills
Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Highly computer literate, able to self-administrate, pick up new systems and processes quickly
