Duration: 1 year (contract)

Workdays: Mon to Fri

Salary: $3400

Location: Central

The Festivals and Precinct Development (FPD) team is responsible for the organisation of two annual signature community outreach festivals under NHB \xe2\x80\x93 the Singapore HeritageFest (SHF) and the Singapore Night Festival (SNF) as well as the place management of the Bras Basah - Bugis (BBB) arts and heritage precinct.

:

  • Assist in the overall research, planning and project management of placemaking activities for the BBB precinct
  • Assist in the operational coordination and execution of these programmes, including sourcing for vendors and/or partners, liaising with external agencies, and events management etc.
  • Assist in managing stakeholder relations for the BBB precinct, including managing communication platforms, and organizing of training programmes
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of BBB\xe2\x80\x99s website and collation of programme listings
  • Assist in the research and content development for BBB\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms, including written articles
  • Assist in the preparation and assessment of vendor quotations and tenders
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Arts Management / Project Management
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience working in the arts / heritage / culture, events management or a relevant sector.
  • Able to have a strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Proactive, meticulous and resourceful
