Position Summary: CRDF Global is seeking an Office Manager to manage the administrative support functions of the SEA Hub, located in Manila. Responsibilities include facilities and office management, office registration, and operational regulatory compliance. The Office Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining office administrative policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with CRDF Global organizational policies and local regulatory requirements.
Major Responsibilities:

  • Organizes office and related registration with relevant local authorities including appropriate government agencies, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensures the effective administration of the office including facilities management (including security) and coordinating procurement of necessary goods, services and facilities to ensure effective operations.
  • Supports the development of Philippines office administrative budget and manages the approved annual budget, in close coordination with the Regional Director.
  • Develops and maintains office policies and procedures in accordance with local legal requirements and CRDF Global policies. Oversees CRDF Global policy compliance for the Philippines office and ensures staff are knowledgeable regarding internal policies and procedures.
  • Provides logistical support to recruitment efforts.
  • Performs other duties as required including: managing reception area and maintaining the quality of the office

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
  • 5+ years of office management experience ideally in an international organisation
  • Strong organizational / planning skills and demonstrates close attention to detail with an ability to interact comfortably with both internal staff and external partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Experience of handling payments and preparing monthly budgetary expenditure projections
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of at least intermediate level of Microsoft office skills in Word and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Philippines regulatory environment required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Philippine work authorization required
