Bahasa Malaysia language would be advantageous At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably shared service model Knowledge of Appian (for handling vendor/3rd party invoices) Good knowledge of Concur (employee reimbursement) Familiar with Oracle (for financial adjustment/reconciliation) Knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint Good team player Hours of work are 9am-6pm on weekdays What you can expect You will join a multi-national team of Accounts Payable professionals supporting vendor and employee payments across 12 APAC countries (Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines). CAP has teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India and Indonesia. This role is based in Singapore. It is a dynamic environment which is always changing to meet new rules, regulations and laws and business requirements across the APAC region. What you will do Handling of client (both internal and external) inquiries for Japan such as system navigation and general inquiries through group mailbox and helpdesk hotline Japan corporate card administration (card applications, increase of credit limit & cancellation) Japan Invoice processing. Handle invoice submission and indexing in Appian Japan Invoice processing. Compliance check to ensure correct Japan consumption tax applied to vendor invoices Support Japan Consumption Tax and Withholding Tax payments and submissions Follow-up with weekly exposure report (related to bank reconciliation items) Japan Employee expense reimbursement. Compliance check to expense claims to ensure within policy Follow up on aged invoices and expense claims for Japan Provide similar support for other APAC countries as required About Bank of America Our purpose as a firm is to make financial lives better, through the power of every connection.
