This position is for GWC Serviced Apartments Pte Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the Sales & Reservations Team
Handle enquiries and follow ups, including extensions, as required
Ensure all documentation sent to customers are duly signed and returned in a timely manner
Ensure all reservations and amendments are accurately entered into Property Management System, and all documentation properly processed and filed
Manage reservations and amendments from Brand Website and Online Travel Agents (may include rates and information update on relevant systems, if assigned)
To adhere to stipulated Policies and Procedures
Submit and process Purchase Orders and invoices in a timely manner
Prepare and submit accurate reports as assigned, adhering to timelines
Attend to site inspections and walk-in customers, in the absence of BDMs
Orientation and induction of new employees
Promptly attend to all work matters from assigned BDMs, Department Manager and DOSM, providing timely responses
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Business-related discipline
Candidates in an administration, coordinator, or reservation department role with 1 to 2 years\' experience in a serviced apartment, city hotel or residential leasing firm
Applicants with Front Office experience and knowledge of Property Management System, who are keen to move into an administrative role, may be considered
Positive work attitude and team player, with initiative to follow through, trace and complete work tasks promptly and accurately
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge with a Property Management System in a hospitality setting an added advantage
Fluent in English and a 2nd language
Working knowledge with MS Office Programmes, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
