Job Description


:

  • Administer proper documentation for all processes and systems.
  • Administrative support to the department
  • Preparation of monthly report, if any
  • To involve and support the departmental projects
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Other admin and support duties as required
Requirement:
  • Diploma in Business Admin and/ or relevant field
  • A friendly demeanour and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt towards procedural changes, and multiple tools or software
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment
