Job Description


Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) is a global organization of over 400 employees with presence in more than 80 countries that supports Citi Businesses and Functions with products including Archiving, Corporate Card, Citi Wheels, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution, Transaction Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Office Supplies & Stationery as well as other Business Partner Services. This position will execute and provide operations support to activities across products and countries for the APAC Region, following a centralized hub model, and reports to the APAC BTSS Business Office Head. The staff will partner with the BTSS Country/Cluster/Product Leads to ensure full alignment and deliver minimum operating standards. This role is primarily a Production and Operations role processing transactions and delivering services within BTSS. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include successful and timely completion of the following: Vendor Onboarding:

  • Work closely with Resource Management Organization (RMO) in sourcing and selection of vendors (Benchmarking/Scoring Criteria)
  • Perform the Third Party Risk Assessment utilizing the Third Party Risk Assessment (TP RAP) tool
  • Contract Renewal – Review clauses in contract
  • Review vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) in Work Orders
Governance Management:
  • Management of the third party performing the service to Citi (Business Activity Owner and Business Activity Owner support)
  • Perform Annual Due Diligence, Third Party Information Security Assessment (TPISA), etc.
  • Gap Management from Third Party Risk Assessments (TP-RAPs)
  • Vendor Review – Monthly/Quarterly business review (SLA/KPI/KRI)
  • Ensuring all management information / metrics (volume, quality & efficiency) and controls reporting is completed within the required timeframes
Billing and Invoicing:
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Raise purchase orders (POs)
  • Invoice Processing
  • Process allocation of charges to businesses
Help/Support:
  • Handle requests, queries, entitlements, etc., appropriately (via email, ServiceNow or BTSS utilized platform).
Metrics Reporting
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of monthly transactions (volume, quality & efficiency)
  • Report any inconsistencies or improprieties noted during the review, identify primary drivers for gaps and variances observed.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommend solutions or management actions to improve performance, resolve issues and/or mitigate identified risks
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable work experience
  • Administrative or operational support experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
  • High proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Power BI expertise would be an advantage
  • Background in Third Party Management/Vendor Management highly desirable
  • Good understanding of the BTSS / CSS organization structure
