Job Description



Trade gasoil/jet fuel/HH NG paper markets and manage risk exposures under agreed mandates and supervision. Trade cross barrels paper markets under comprehensive strategy proposal and approval accordintly. Identify and capture trading opportunities in flat price, spreads, and arbitrage structures. Monitor and report P&L daily, ensuring clear linkage between positions, exposures, and market drivers. Build and maintain fundamental supply-demand models for middle distillates as well as other products potentially. Track refinery runs, product flows, inventories, shipping, and demand trends across regions. Translate analytical insights into commercial trade ideas and risk strategies. Maintain strong networks with brokers, analysts, and industry participants to stay ahead of market shifts. Present market views and model updates to the trading team and management. Support the development of internal analytics tools and databases to enhance decision-making.

Job Requirement



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline. 2-3 years of proven trading experience in trading in oil & energy industry. Strong understanding of oil markets, preferably with exposure to refined products and middle distillates. Solid analytical and logical thinking skills. Highly proficient in Excel, experience in Python, SQL, or other programming tools is highly desirable, and ability to work with large datasets. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate market views and analytical insights. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment.
