Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and monitoring a credit control system in collaboration with Business Development, General Managers and executive members.
- Forecasting weekly cashflow for Singapore group of companies.
- Evaluate credit standings of new customers and make recommendations for Singapore and allotted subsidiaries.
- Oversee the aging of receivables for the group. Highlight issues associated with an account and to follow up with respective person to ensure issues are resolved
- Conduct regular analysis to reduce bad debts and improve processes
- Liaise with insurance company to ensure the receivable is adequately covered
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling accounts receivable functions/credit control/cash management, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Proficient in using SAP and MS office
- Meticulous and self-disciplined
- Office: Near Joo Koon MRT | Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:45pm
- Monthly Salary + AWS + Bonus
