In this role, you will help our Company drive growth in the Oncology and Vaccines franchises by executing omnichannel campaigns and experiences to help HCPs get the latest science on our innovative products, help get real-world evidence to support them with decision tools for clinical practice, create value by making them aware and get them access to potential solves for their needs (CMEs, patient support materials, affordability solutions, etc.).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive strategic transformation to modernize customer engagement via the execution and implementation of Digital HCP Engagement and future programmes for Asia Pacific
  • Expand patient access to company\'s products with focus on HCPs through an omnichannel approach. Exploring partnerships and new channels to connect and educate HCPs will be part of the role.
  • Apply data and analytics to deliver best-in-class HCP experiences, identify the most effective HCP x patient journeys, scale learnings and best-practices across the region in partnership with the Global Agency on Record and Digital Publishing Partner.
  • Drive change management through execution, influencing oncology and vaccines teams to embrace hybrid approaches with HCPs and supporting the AP Digital Lead in building the next level of customer engagement.
CORE WORK
  • Take the lead in the day-to-day aspects of HCP Digital Engagement and Omnichannel projects working closely with our partner agency, regional marketeers, and cross functional teams
  • Ensure that briefs with marketing objectives and communication objectives are aligned with the RCL/RML/franchise with clarity on the target audience/personas/segments. Recommend the best consumer journeys + digital channels against the brief.
  • Act as a main liaison to the partner agency to drive the campaigns, and omnichannel journeys/experiences; working in partnership with the marketeers for the content.
  • Engage cross-functional expert regional teams (Medical, Legal, IT, etc.) to unlock regional medical and legal support for the programme in view of driving speed & simplicity
  • Track operational and impact metrics and best practice sharing. Owns the quarterly leadership update reviews on the HCP digital engagement model.
  • Ensure that global programmes on content & campaigns (Digital Asset Management, Taxonomy & Tagging, etc.) are applied/adhered, executed.
  • Key role in generating and synthesizing feedback to the AP Digital Lead + Centralized Models owners on how to continue to evolve our models.
INNOVATION
  • Create targeted pilots/experiments (and corresponding business cases) on HCP engagement with the objective to rapidly scale successes and socializing failures/learnings across the region (for example, Digital Campaign Briefing pilot, Global Agency Strategy realization)
  • Support streams of the AP Accelerate team on Change Management as needed
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Communications or other-related disciplines; an MBA from an accredited university is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience (healthcare preferred) in leading digital and social media projects across various channels and capabilities, with subject matter expertise across marketing domains (Patient/HCP Understanding, Content, Channels, Media & Optimization) and digital domains (Paid, Owned, and Earned)
  • Capability to communicate and collaborate across a range of local, regional, and global functions, with the empathy and sensitivity for cultural differences and is able to rally teams to action and outcomes
  • Strong project and people management skills to execute complex initiatives in a matrix structure and the capability to get things done in an ethical and compliant way
  • Knowledge of policies, practices, and trends that affect company\xe2\x80\x99s business, and the intellectual curiosity to keep up with the most up-to-date information.
  • Deep understanding of Asia Pacific markets. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with Oncology is a plus but not a hard requirement
