Portfolio Management:

  • Support Launch excellence.
  • Contribute in the planning and coordination with partners for new product launches across the alliance in the therapeutic area.
  • Support partner upon request on when and how to use market research as a tool.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of the complexity and ambiguousness of information from various elements of external analysis in making recommendations.
  • Help partner upon request on how to articulate problems and that will be made as a results of market research or information gathering.
  • Accurately defines critical success factors based on elements of external analysis.
  • Upon request, share product information with partner\xe2\x80\x99s medical, marketing, sales leaders and its trainers.
  • Upon request, coordinate with partners on topics related to the brand / therapeutic area.
  • Ensures ongoing communication from Lilly global teams are appropriately shared with partners to ensure partners are updated on global brand developments.
  • Shares and explains Lilly\xe2\x80\x99s experience on product launches.
  • Closely work with Regulatory team to support and fast-track launches in alliance countries.
Relationship Management:
  • Be a subject matter expert for the brand/portfolio.
  • Support partners in sharing initiatives that will maximize the value of our molecules with key reimbursement/formulary stakeholders.
  • Make sure of building marketing capabilities.
  • Liaison between partner and Lilly.
Measurement and Evaluation:
  • Delivering on revenue, APT and market share of the respective portfolio.
  • Uses measurement results defined in the partnership agreement, local customer insights and experiences from other countries to effectively achieve agreed objectives.
Compliance:
  • Act in accordance with respecting privacy and other internal and external procedures along with Alliance playbook 3.0 and respect the highest ethical standards of Lilly and of the communities where Lilly does business.
  • Demonstrate Lilly values with strong commitment to ethics & compliance, minimize risk and ensure no violations when working with partners

  • Commercial acumen, strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Brand planning and forecasting. Adept with MS Office.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment with strong interpersonal, collaboration and partnering skills with ability to relate and influence people at all levels.
  • Proficient with written and spoken English.
  • Effective, efficient & decisive. Speak up with ideas, concerns & to ensure safety of others.
  • Sound knowledge of compliance and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project management and organization skills. Good planning and decision making.
  • Uphold Lilly values (Integrity, Excellence, Respect). Outstanding learning agility and proactiveness.
  • Good at Influence without authority while working with partner brand managers and Lilly CFT.
Qualification and Experience Required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree + MBA(Marketing).
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Launch experience at regional level preferred.
  • Experience in Oncology Therapy area preferred.
  • Experience in some of ASEAN markets preferred.
  • 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the pharma industry.
Location: Candidate can be based out of Singapore or Malaysia.
