For all channels, support the e-Commerce activity including: Create Ecommerce sales and performance reports from retail, digital & client perspective Work with different parties to ensure a smooth process of order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery Implementation of both India & Singapore E-commerce initiatives and conduct UAT Ensure service availability of customer support (e.g., live chat, book an appointment, etc.) Digital day to day marketing and key campaigns to drive traffic by working with communication team Manage and create personalized ordering experience for clients Operational excellence: logistic, customer services, etc. by collaborating with related partners KPIs, report setup & follow up Basic web analytics Optimizing website traffic & conversion rate Brand Website Optimization Support on optimization of the Direct To Customer (DTC) navigation and performance by working closely with HQ Support Manager to work with communication team to customize website contents with local events and wave plan for TH & SG market. Client Data & Analytics Work closely with CRM team to enrich client's data and leverage the data power from our key partners Based on the client data, to work out CRM campaigns with Manager for Ecom clients . Job Requirement: . At least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience: Experience in a O2O, E-commerce, or Startup environment preferred with a proven track record of hands-on experience in operating O2O platform. . ln-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across all the digital ecosystems that include, but not limited to paid media platforms, Google Network, Social Media platforms, and SEO. . Hands-on experience of planning and buying digital media on platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, Shopping Ads, Display, video), Facebook and e-commerce platforms ads. . Hand-on experience setting up, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook, and affiliate campaigns. . Hands-on experience/exposure in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. . Hands-on experience with tracking tools and setting up measuring strategies. . Equipped with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. . Knowledge with A/B and web analytics tools like Google Analytics . Must have experience in E-commerce (Shopify) store . A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems Experience in end-to-end process management Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Solid troubleshooting skills Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms Good leadership and people management skills Experience in Fashion industry Must have Shopify Experience
