Undertake all maintenance activities on EDWARDS\' equipments at customer premises in a safe, timely and effective manner, to meet the principle objectives of customers needs.
As EDWARDS is committed to providing on-site support for 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, this will involve the management and participation in a call out rota, through contractual commitments or as part of an emergency coverage plan. The job holder must be available to the customer by suitable communication method, i.e. mobile phone, voice and/or text messages.
Direct and integrate the equipment support activities of EDWARDS with those of other supporting groups, in order to provide operational continuity.
Accuracy of inventory utilised to support the timely execution of all agreed activities must be correctly reported, to achieve zero stock discrepancy, thus attaining effective inventory management that are held at customer.
Adhered to company SHE rules and regulations, customer site rules and regulations, local operating procedures, work processes and etc. to execute work safely and professionally.
Comply to cost control actions to ensure cost of ownership targets are achieved and contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction targets on the operation.
Ensure all relevant trainings assigned are completed in a timely manner to aid in the course of work and development.
Ability to achieve and demonstrate adherence to the correct preventive maintenance procedures so that the equipment is maintained in correct working order and personal safety is not jeopardized.
All concerns / issues to be feedback or highlight to the Line Manager without fear of repercussion, discuss through the correct channel of communication and chain of command till closure.

What we expect of you?
Formal qualification in mechanical, electromechanical or an electronics discipline.
Minimum of 2 years working experiences in relevant or related industry or technical experience in an engineering, service or maintenance role, involving direct contact with external and internal customers.
Fresh graduates can be consider based on merits.
Proficient in understanding documents of a technical nature (P & IDs, Wiring diagrams and etc)
Computer literate with strong command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to manage and prioritize activities as directed by line manager.
Logical approach on fault finding, adopting systematic problem solving methodology.
Able to interact positively in a multi-cultural and multilingual environment.
Team player, able to provide support among the team and/or required by the Line Manager.
