Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide good customer service by answering incoming calls, handling walk-in enquiries, and responding to emails promptly. Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence when required. Support various departments with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. Coordinate and follow up on job orders, or documentation related to company operations. Maintain proper records and documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with marine systems such as

MPA (Maritime and Port Authority)

and

PSA (Port of Singapore Authority)

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:



Minimum O-Level or equivalent; relevant certification in Business Administration will be an advantage. Prior experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred. Good communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge or prior exposure to marine industry systems (e.g., MPA, PSA portals).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
