Perform pre-scanning review of trade finance documents and/or applications received from banks and customers (example: number of documents received in order) Sort and scan documents/applications using the bank's standard scanning systems in a timely and accurate manner Handle filing of scanned documents methodically and in line with internal standards Monitor completion of status of the scanned documents/applications and highlight irregularities to the officers in charge Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare end of day/beginning of day reports Handle dispatching of customer advices and original documents Qualification: Degree or diploma holder. Banking & Finance qualification advantageous. Self-starter who can work effectively in a team setting. Ability to manage daily tasks with a good risk and control mindset.
