Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Under the operation and ecommerce execution team, you will in charge of the daily operation, inventory and ecommerce management





Pick and pack order for e-commerce and retail platforms Receive incoming and outgoing of goods. Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping Act as a liaison between drivers and customers and provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service Manage the day-to-day operations on online marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues. Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with KOLs. Assist marketing and events team in project planning

Requirements

Independent and flexible in taking on new task. Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week Training will be provided
