Provide full spectrum of logistical, administrative, and personal support
Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely input
Provide agenda and meeting materials as needed.
Manage travel and logistics arrangements, and process claims/expenses
Participates in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices
Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, materials, collating of data and consolidating of reports
Organize department events, meetings, town halls and provide administrative support
Record, monitor and manage action trackers of different meetings/ projects, collecting and updating of various information for KPI tracking
Engage project and organisational stakeholders and keep them up to date and arrange updates to be provided at various forums
Requirements
Degree in any discipline
At least 10 years working experience in corporate / executive office, preferably with administrative/executive experience in a fast-pace setting
Excellence business writing and presentation skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power Point
Must be IT Savvy
Ability to maintain in strict confidentiality all work and information assigned
Highly organized individual
Excellent verbal and communication skills
