ONE-STOP Healthcare Pte Ltd is a registered and standard medical concierge services company. The business will be based in Singapore but will operate all over the Southeast Asia region. We are a medical concierge service company that is set to compete in the highly competitive Medical Business Concierge Services industry in Singapore. ONE-STOP Healthcare Pte Ltd will be involved in services such as gathering data relevant to our patient Admission, Discharge, Diagnosis, Insurance, responding to Account Manager Notification that a patient needs a Primary Care Provider or Specialist so an appointment can be made at the time of admission. Notifications include email or telephone calls made to the Medical Concierge, working with our clients to ensure that they meet their health goals such as eating right, exercising right, and even arranging travel and hotel reservation, arranging for spa services, shopping, providing courier functions. Our business goal is to become one of the leading concierge medical services companies in Singapore and we will make sure that every patient we work with get value for their money and time. Our employees are going to be selected from a pool of talented and highly creative professionals with various skills as it relates to the medical concierge services we offer in Singapore. We will make sure that we take all our employees through the required training that will position them to meet the expectation of the company and to compete favorably with leading concierge medical services companies in Singapore.

Role Description :

You have to be detail-oriented, organized and meticulous with all operational details. Quick to learn with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently to our different sales channels and working partners. Possesses excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. A good team-player and able to work under stress. Able to understand fully on the patient journey and healthcare sevices offer to patients. Serve as project manager of the organization; works directly with employees on the field. Develops strategic plan by studying technological, and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Specific Responsibiliies :

Manage all types of client/patient enquiries and reactive communications (complaints, service delivery enquiries, FAQs) that come through various sales channels such as WhatsApp, emails or phonecall. Upselling or cross-selling wellness products and services to patients and to different sales channels. Inventory and booking management: Organize inventory, clearance of backlog of booking appointments with hospitals and specialists clinics. Processing of all work on a daily basis, monitor incoming items/issues, ensure that all projects/appointments is on track. Work closely with our company Director and Operation and Account team. Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the organizations’ products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to clients/patients when they make enquiries.


Technical Skills & Competencies :

  • Know our Booking Appointments platform.
  • Know our Patient Relationship Management.
  • Know all our services and wellness product range.
  • Introduce the process of operations in both B2B (Hospitals/Specialists clinics) and B2C (clients/patients) contexts .
  • Learn how to develop a viable strategic action plans that will improve our daily workflow .
  • Learn how to select the right sales channels team that aligns to our organisation’s values and objectives.
  • Learn how to develop up-sell and cross sell strategies with the sales team across the patient journey.
'- Learn how to objectively plan, implement, and measure your workflow effectiveness across various sales channels and stakeholders.
  • Learn how to oversee and manage the whole process from pre-sales to after sales service using in-house resources or through any other stakeholders.
  • Learn the role and responsibilities of Account cum Operation Manager.
