Job Description

Job purpose: This role supports the onsite members and stakeholders for both business and technical aspects of the in-house eStore end-to-end operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support onsite operation team on all product and promotional activities on website. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information onto the e-Commerce platform management system e.g. products, promotions, stocks, price.
• Monitor the operation and identify any potential issues on the system and escalate any technical issues to the relevant teams.
• Assist in the conceptual and technical operation of the e-Commerce platform.
• Work with business users to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities.
• Facilitate and manage global, local enhancement projects and service add-ons with the development team.
• Responsible for application integration testing, user acceptance test and implementation roll-out.
• Support system integration with backend and other legacy systems e.g. GERP.
• Provide technical platform consultancy & training.

• With a Bachelor of Degree preferably in technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Management of Information Systems.
• At least 2-3 years hands-on and operational experience on e-Commerce platform i.e. SAP Hybris Commerce.
• Familiar with e-Commerce End-to-End flow.
• Familiar with system flow between e-Commerce platform and ERP system or other legacy systems.
• Basic contents designing (i.e. Photoshop) & programing & coding skill is a plus.
• Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is plus.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

• Good communications skills and collaborative teamwork attitude.
• Working location : Mapletree Business City, Pasir Panjang.
• This is a yearly renewable contract based on staff performance.
