Job Description

- Position Title: Operations Assistant/Operation cum Customer Service
- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle Air and Sea freight operation matters.
- Prepare permits, bill of landing (B/L) and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with shipping companies, contractors, and customers.
- Source rates from local carriers/overseas agents.
- Provide customer service support.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- With at least 1 year of related working experience
- Experience and knowledge of Import and Export - Customs Permits
