Leadership of the Food and Beverage Operations 1. Provisions in Professional korean settings, Provide overall leadership and management to the food and beverage operations 2. Research and development of Korean traditional liquor, Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labour costs and profitability 3. To support the co-ordination of large group meeting/banquet planners their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered when required 4. Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. 5. Establish business continuity and crisis management plans across the operations 6. Approve department\'s learning and development plans to align with organizational strategies Talent Profile: 1. Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Director of Food & Beverage in Korean establishment 2. Experience in managing well established F&B restaurants with Korean professional settings.
