Operation Engineer/Coordinator

As an Operation Engineer/Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing after sales business activity, provide technical support, solve customer problem and achieve good customer satisfaction. Reporting to Service Manager, you will be supporting drives daily aftersales services activities for variable speed drive which includes variable speed drive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and repairs This position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

• Job scope involving quoting service rate, liaising with customer, resource/job planning, incoming goods receiving, servicing report, parts purchasing and goods packing
• Attaining desirable profit-making results for an organization. Workshop services deliverables safely, on time and proper risk assessment to maximize customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and deliver financial results to meet company objectives
• Management of all equipment tools calibration, tools maintenance (include monitor the expiry date and renewal. Organizing document for calibration certificates and test result)
• Point of liaison between factory and customers as required
• Ensuring professional services delivery with quality service/repair/maintenance report, report writing, and install base updates
• Tracking and updating of KPI performance dashboard and customer satisfaction (TNPS)
• Responsible for improvement plan. Involving in workshop certification and ISO Audit
• Maintaining high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations

Your background

• Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical or electronics engineering fundamental
• Strong self-discipline with initiative and learning spirit with positive attitude, teamwork and responsibility
• Experience on variable speed drive will be an advantage
• Basic computer application knowledge for job reporting and communication with MS Office and other common application software
• Effective spoken and written communication in English
