To provide operational and administrative support to stakeholders in the Banking industry
To provide operational and administrative support to the banking office team. Your role involves maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and providing assistance to other bank employees. Important soft skills includes: Detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Processing and verifying checks, cash, and credit card payments.
Managing the daily cash flow and reconciling bank statements.
Conducting regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Preparing reports and providing financial information to management as required.
Coordinating with other bank employees to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Updating and maintaining customer account information.
Performing other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma, no experience is required
5 days work week Mon - Fri (9am - 630pm)
