• Execute customer relationship management, communicate closely with clients, attend clients requests, manage clients expectations

Requirements

• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ERP or Accounting system, debit, and credit
• Business level Japanese language skill to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and HQ
• Experience in the shipping industry preferred
