Operation & Maintenance Manager (renewables)

Job Description
:
Connect Energy partners with a engineering consultancy firm for their renewables division to look for this individual to be part of their renewables team. Work location will depend on where the candidates will be based as they have offices in most ASEAN countries.
Responsibilities:
- \xef\xbb\xbfTo manage the operation and maintenance aspect of the project relating to renewable energy preferably in Wind or hydropower. Candidates with relevant experience in solar can be considered too.
- Perform inspection , testing and troubleshoot issues at site and report to HQ (Singapore) to address and solve any activities.
- Provide reports on field operations and activities
- \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum 10 years experience in operation and maintenance experience preferably in oil and gas and at least 5 years in renewables projects
- Opened to work in various locations depend on nationalities of candidates. E.g Malaysian will work in their Malaysia office, Singaporean in Singapore office etc.
- Candidates who are available in short notice an advantage
- Able to travel frequently (40%)
