Job Description

• Singapore Based (Ubi)
• 5 Days work per week (9am to 6pm)
• 5 years experience and above in Logistics or Supply Chain Management + Knowledge of Navision added advantage
• At least 2 - 3 years managerial or supervisory experience + Knowledge of bank documentation including L/C issuance and negotiation
• Good knowledge of import and export documentation, shipping procedures and customs procedures

• Manage a team of Operation Executives/Coordinators.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain management, including coordination with customers, factories, and vendors.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to support current and forecasted business needs.
• Advise internal and external customers on product availability and production schedules.
• Collaborate with factories and supply chain managers in France on supply and production matters.
• Monitor stocks, order placements, and stock movements.
• Coordinate with Sales Department for sales forecasts, order placements, and stock adjustments.
• Conduct bi-yearly stock takes.
• Select and appoint forwarders, delivery contractors, and logistics partners.
• Maintain service standards and resolve product and delivery discrepancies.
• Design and implement procedures to optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Liaise with logistics department in France for resource sharing and cost reduction.
• Manage direct sales to staff and partners.
• Prepare and submit stock movement reports.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and efficient product availability and delivery while optimizing resources.
• Manage product stock and maintain accurate records of stock movements and sales.
• Collaborate with the Finance team for monthly reporting.
