About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Operations Manager (Construction)

to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while leading a strong team of site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations of construction projects. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Coordinate and liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. Monitor resources, procurement, and manpower allocation. Review project progress and provide regular reports to senior management. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve objectives. Implement operational policies and ensure adherence to company standards. Identify risks and resolve issues to prevent project delays.

Requirements

Diplona in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of proven experience in construction project or operations management. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
