is a Singapore Based company in the Enviromental Cleaning Sector.The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of commercial cleaning services across multiple client sites. This role requires service excellence and workforce efficiency, Working with our team to meet and exceed client expectations.
:
Oversee the overall performance of Service teams within the contract.
Ensure of contract compliance
Collaborate with Various Sites to ensure Operational readiness
Maintain data integrity in management systems
Deliver contractual and ad-hoc reports punctually
Ensure safety protocols are followed
Manage staff performance, development and recruitment
Manage Staff workload and assignments
Any other ad-hoc works assignment by the management.
