We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Marine Superintendent

to join our technical/operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation of the assigned vessels. This includes providing marine and navigational support to vessels and acting as a liaison between the ship and shore.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure vessels operate in accordance with international and local maritime laws, ISM/ISPS Code, and company policies. Conduct navigational audits, safety inspections, and pre-vetting inspections. Assist with incident investigations and prepare reports. Support vessels in voyage planning, cargo operations, and navigational matters. Liaise with port authorities, flag states, classification societies, and other regulatory bodies. Participate in crew training and briefing sessions, including onboard visits. Ensure proper documentation and certification of vessels are maintained. Provide operational support during dry-docking or repair periods. Support in the implementation of safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Marine Superintendent or in a similar maritime shore-based role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. * Familiarity with Safety Management Systems and auditing.
