Oversee daily operations of ready-mix batching plant to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Plan and coordinate delivery schedules for concrete to meet project deadlines. Ensure all production and delivery acticities comply with quality standards and safety regulations. Monitor raw material usage and stock levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Lead, train, and motivate plant supervisors, drivers, and operation staff to achieve performance targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Liase with relevant goverment agencies for land applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industial Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experiences. Strong knowledge of concrete ready-mix concrete operations, including control standards. Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple sites. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Posses Class 3 license / own vehicle.
