Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain service standards.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance according to NEA and company regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers for inventory, logistics, and stock management.
Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.
Handle customer feedback, resolve service issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support management in business planning, marketing initiatives, and outlet expansion.
Job Requirements:
At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple outlets.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
