Job Description


As a Business Operation Manager for our chain of mini-marts following jobs scope shall be expected. The job scope provided below is not exhaustive. You may request to work beyond this work scope as and when the business requires.


  • Purchases of targeted customers\' groceries, spices, fresh vegetables, and inventory by researching emerging product markets; anticipating buyer interest; negotiating volume price breaks; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. The targeted customer group shall be of various ethnic groups living in Singapore.
  • Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor.
  • Developing the existing business operations through various strategies like SWOT analysis, just in time, identifying business opportunities, etc.,
  • Promotes Indian groceries products consumed by various ethnic groups and immigrant\xe2\x80\x99s communities (Spices, Groceries, vegetables, and cosmetics) by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
  • Look in wholesale various Indian product and make dealership arrangement with various client in Indian to regular import arrangement.
  • Frequently visit various country to found new product to bring in Singapore market to expand the business.
  • Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, preparing merchandise for delivery.
  • Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information, identifying, and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
  • Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes, determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
  • Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels, anticipating customer demand.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores, gathering information such as style, quality and prices of competitive merchandise.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
