Our client is one of the global leading freight forwarding company who provides logistics solution to industries such as Electronics, Semiconductor, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and etc. They are currently seeking for a talent to join the team for their upcoming expansion. The incumbent is entrusted to lead approx. 150 headcounts and oversees the entire warehouse operations. Job Details:

• Salary basic up to $7000 + AWS + VB
• Location: East
• Working hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the daily operations of the warehouse with a focus on strategic management.
• Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer\'s expectation and KPIs.
• Entrusted for the P&L performance for the responsible programs in scope.
• Define requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies, technologies and initiatives to drive overall performance.
• Monitor department budgetary control and allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve and exceed the service standard or target.
• Develop a training program that includes on-the-job instruction aimed at enhancing the job performance and productivity of each staff member
• Recruitment of staff and take disciplinary action on staff when required.

The Talent

• Preferably candidates with at least Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience working in frieght forwarding industry
