We are seeking for an Operations Manager to join their business, where the incumbent is entrusted with leading approximately 30 staff members and overseeing the entire warehouse and inventory management. Job Details: * Salary basic up to $8000+ AWS + VB * Location: West (transportation provided) * Working hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 6pm

Job Details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead and oversee logistics operations, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and meeting the required service standards.
• Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customers\' expectations and KPIs.
• Be entrusted with the P&L performance for the responsible programs within the scope.
• Define operation requirements and ensure the implementation of new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to drive overall performance.
• Monitor department budgetary control and resource allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Constantly seek improvement opportunities along the value chain, streamlining and re-engineering processes to achieve and exceed service standards or targets.

The Talent

• At least 5 years of experience working in the logistics experience
