Job Summary:

• Company background: US MNC based Aerospace field
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, 7.30am - 4.48pm
• Salary Range: up to $ 8,500 + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations related matter
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) performance
• Manage production job orders and ensure fulfilment
• Ensure optimized manpower utilization, report gaps and take actions to reverse negative trends
• Manage deep dive and root cause analysis to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for continuous improvement measures
• Implementing cost control and cost reduction strategies
• Relevant work experiences in aerospace industry will be added advantages
