Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Day-to-day management and training of the team
• Collecting and reporting KPIs
• Assisting in the setup of marketing campaigns
• Video editing
• Attend our webinars and either record live webinars or play pre-recorded webinars to our audiences
• Providing support to our affiliates promoting our products/launches
• Assisting in reporting financial data
• Team outreach to ensure the team is happy, and to coordinate fun activities for the virtual team
• Writing process documentation
• Coordinate short-term projects with multiple people involved using own initiative to reach goals

Required Skills, Education, And Experience

• A College graduate
• Exceptional English Skills - both written and oral
• Has Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze, model & interpret data
• Strong Collaboration and Reporting skills
• Has experience or knowledge in video editing
• Social Media and online marketing experience
• Creative thinking and initiative to come up with ideas to improve results
• A technical mind that is good at solving problems
• Attention to detail is critically important in this role

Preferred Skills and Knowledge (but not required)

• Project management experience with the ability to plan, work and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar support applications
• A good telephone voice for speaking with international clients
• Due to the demands of this job, we prefer that you do not have any other jobs while working with us
