Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support in implementing process improvement to streamline the workflow.
• Work with a cross functional team for cost improvement initiatives.
• Lead process activity mapping and data collection to identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for the application of Lean Six Sigma tools to drive business process improvement.
• Prepare training materials and conduct Yellow/ Green Belts training to build the operational excellence capability for site team members.
• Hand on work together with functional teams to implement 5S, Kanban system, and other lean six sigma initiatives.
• Prepare and facilitate site and functional business performance review meetings.
• Assist site business performance reporting aligns with reporting timeline and formats.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

About You:

• Degree in Engineering and Science
• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and project management.
• Knowledge of cGMP is preferable.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt preferred.
• Hand on experience in application of Value Stream mapping, 5S methodology, establishing Kanban system.
• Competent in problem solving using appropriate tools.
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interest in digitalization to enhance business performance.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month Experience:

• manufacturing, engineering, and project management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Value Stream mapping, 5S methodology, Kanban system.: 5 years (Preferred)
