Operations Admin
to support the smooth running of our corporate wellness operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for corporate health screening events
Prepare and pack screening materials ahead of each event
Support Pre and Post-screening processes such as report collation, follow-ups and service recovery
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and inventories
Schedule appointments, liaise with clients and manage bookings
Ensure smooth client communication and deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of admin or operations support experience (healthcare setting a bonus!)
Strong customer service skills with a calm and professional demeanour
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
