Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Admin

to support our fast-paced e-commerce and logistics operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, order management, and client communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations between the warehouse team and our customers.





Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily administrative tasks related to e-commerce and logistics operations. Process and track customer orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure high service standards. Coordinate with the warehouse team to align order fulfillment with client requirements. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and operational reports. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:



Previous experience in logistics, operations support, or customer service preferred. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with computer-based systems. Strong communication and client-facing skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
