Brief Summary





Basic $2600-$3200 Annual Leave in full year: 14 days Medical Leave: 14 days 5 working Days excluding Gazette Holidays| Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Working Location @ Paya Lebar
Roles & Responsibilities





Collaborate with the Sales Team on Goods fulfilment for both traditional and online order. Work with Sales Team to synchronise price list. Generate and send quotations to customers and follow up when necessary. Use IT Systems to generate license key and the necessary documents. Assist in managing projects and timelines. Assist in product parts production and testing. Manage customer and suppliers' invoices, DOs and their goods. Manage Return Material Authorization process with basic troubleshooting. Provide cover for other operation absent colleagues. Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.



Requirements





Minimum 1 year working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, using IT system Good verbal, writing and interpersonal skills Customer Service experience is preferred Keen learning in IT stuff * Showcasing strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to task accuracy
