Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Process static data maintenance, updates, and account closures across various products and channels, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Respond to email inquiries and queries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives by challenging the status quo and suggesting ideas for digitization and automation.
• Identify operational risks and recommend measures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Review and update system reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor operational performance.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyzes using statistical and predictive modeling techniques to address operational issues, investigate urgent matters, and answer business questions.
• Provide insights through data visualization and presentations, delivering actionable insights and identifying root causes.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand business and operational challenges, propose analytic requirements and solutions, and leverage internal and external data for data-driven insights.
• Work with the business and support stakeholders to re-engineer processes and eliminate frictions, aligning with the Design-For-No-Ops strategy.
• Support the Team Leader with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an operations role, preferably in banking environment
• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
