Job Scope

Processing and packing of orders on a daily basis

Efficient handling of emails Plan and assist TikTok live streams Assist customers with their orders and needs Provide support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media Assist in inventory management, stock taking and quality control Liaising with courier partners Assist in photoshoots and marketing ad-hoc tasks Learn basic jewellery making

Requirements

Minimum Diploma graduate

Good verbal and written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel Meticulous and conscientious when handling customers' orders Prior industry experience in operations, customer service, e-commerce is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per month
