Job Description
OPERATIONS
- Ensure that store is well maintained.
- Conducts weekly store inventory and cash audit.
- Manages the day to day to operation of the stores under his area. Make sure that he/she visits each assigned store from time to time, at least twice a week.
- Responsible in making the store profitable.
- Marketing strategy implementation
- Responsible in attaining the store sales budget.
- In charge of the local store marketing in his area of responsibility.
- Conducts market study in existing and soon to open stores within his area.
- Spot additional site for expansion.
- Develop new customers for his store.
- Responsible for the retention of regular customer.
- Establish community relations with nearby institutions and Govt. Agencies
- Close coordination with service center personnel.
- Checks and monitors complete, accurate, and timely submission of reports.
- What is your expected salary?
- Sales and Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
