We are on a mission to help healthcare facilities tackle their staffing gaps, and empower nurses with the flexibility to decide their own schedules. Worq Health is founded by tech execs from Uber, Gojek & Alibaba, with experience building and launching marketplace products globally. We are looking for a candidate to join the Supply team to transform the way nurses work. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a health-tech startup. What you will do: Own strategic projects to improve operational efficiency, facility customers and healthcare professional experience Work with facility customers to process and post open shifts, identify trends and needs, drive additional areas of opportunity, and monitor fill rates Support supply operations in the onboarding, engagement, and assignment of nurses Respond to, organize, and/or assign tickets, emails, and texts from healthcare professionals and facility customers Understand user needs, requirements, and market trends to identify growth opportunities Provide feedback to drive product improvements and ensure our users are provided with the best user experience on our platform What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills Meticulous and attention to details Strong organizing and planning skills with the ability to multitask Flexibility, a creative mindset when solving problems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Only Singaporeans or PR.
