Operations & Business Development Assistant
to join our team. This is a
junior contract role
designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and business development. You will support day-to-day operations, customer engagement, and account follow-ups while helping ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
Process and manage customer orders (B2B)
Coordinate shipments and liaise with courier/logistics account managers
Maintain operational records and ensure timely delivery of goods
Customer Engagement
Handle inquiries via online chat, phone calls, and emails
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers on orders and shipments
Follow up with existing B2B clients to maintain strong relationships
Business Development Support
Assist in client communications and simple account servicing tasks
Support follow-up with prospective leads and existing clients
Participate in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
Training & Support
Conduct occasional product, sales, and operations training sessions for B2B clients
Provide product knowledge support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Open to entry-level candidates with a diploma or degree. Experience in operations, business development, or interest in health/fitness/skincare is a plus.
0-2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome
Must be able to read, write, and converse fluently in English
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable liaising with customers, couriers, and account managers
Based in Singapore, does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
