Verify documents in WaterApp for the job created by KAM
Assign appropriate labs for testing including 3rd party labs
Coordinate with BQS team to ensure surveyor is assigned and sample testing is conducted in a timely manner
Coordinate with CSRM for D2 commission evaluation
Coordinate with logistics team and respective regulatory bodies, terminal operators, and port service providers, such as agents and bunker suppliers
Coordinate with 3rdparty labs for timely testing
Coordinate with CSRM to ensure results are received on time and reports are generated
Coordinate ongoing certification status from Class Societies for IMO D2 Commissioning
Consult Technical Advisor on technical difficulties
Coordinate with KAMs on Query Samples
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations are adhered to
Coordinate with various stakeholders pertaining to COC
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve non- conformance issues
Ensure repeat confirmation is done in a timely manner
Contribute to business continuity planning, implementation, and execution
Generate Invoice description for KAMs to input pricing
Generate daily summary of total samples received, pending to receive, query samples and outgoing samples
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on job completion status
