About the Role



We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee daily on-site activities, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality compliance. The role involves coordinating personnel, contractors, and vendors, managing resources, and reporting to the Project Lead to support smooth project execution.





Key Responsibilities:





Operational Oversight


Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site teams, subcontractors, and service providers. Monitor daily activities and provide timely updates to project leadership. Assist in inspection and verification tasks with client representatives.
Safety and Compliance


Ensure adherence to operational procedures, risk assessments, and safety protocols. Monitor and enforce workplace safety and regulatory standards on site. Identify safety risks or non-compliances and report to the appropriate department.
Quality Assurance


Prepare and verify documentation required for client inspections or internal audits. Ensure submissions from contractors, vendors, and suppliers are accurate and complete. Track and follow up on corrective actions for any identified non-compliances.
Resource and Material Management


Coordinate the delivery, handling, and storage of materials on site. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and material usage.
Documentation and Reporting


Provide daily and weekly operational reports to the Project Lead. Maintain comprehensive site records, including inspection forms, manpower deployment, safety matters, and activity logs.

Requirements:



Experience in on-site operations or project coordination, preferably in technical or critical infrastructure environments. Workplace safety certification (WSQ/WSH) preferred. Proactive attitude with strong ethical standards. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
