Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling procurement activities which include liaising with the Sales & Project teams on purchase requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders
  • Assist in planning shipments, liaise and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Assist to monitor and record on import/export activities
  • Assist to prepare, submit and file relevant administration documents
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (phone calls, letters, emails etc)
  • Proper maintenance of all office equipment
  • Undertake any other office duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE in Office Administration
  • Minimum 3 years\' relevant experience
  • Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
  • Independent and able to organise work efficiently
  • Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
** 5-day work week ** Shuttle Bus Service provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang MRT Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
